Cherry Lemon Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ice (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
- 2 pitted medjool dates (optional)
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
Instructions
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender: frozen cherries, lemon juice, yogurt, milk, ice.
- Add any optional add-ins you would like to your smoothie. If adding dates, soak for 5 min. in warm water before blending.
- Blend until smooth, adding more milk to thin, if necessary.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Substitute equal parts lime juice for lemon if desired.
