User Generated Health Content

  • You retain ownership of your posts but acknowledge that your shared content represents personal experience, not professional guidance.

  • Unverified claims must be identified as personal opinion.

  • Link to credible medical sources where possible to support health-related statements.

Data Protection and Security

  • Personal data is encrypted where possible and processed in accordance with privacy regulations.

  • You may request deletion or a copy of your data as permitted by law.
