5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information in these limited situations:

  • Service providers (processors):
Trusted third parties that help us host, maintain, analyze, or secure the Services (e.g., hosting providers, email services, analytics). They are contractually obligated to use data only on our instructions and to protect it.

  • Legal and safety purposes:
Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SnacWeb, our users, or the public.

If we ever “sell” or “share” personal information in the sense defined under CCPA/CPRA (for example, cross‑context behavioral advertising), we will provide a clear “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and explain your opt‑out rights (see Section 10).

6. International Data Transfers

SnacWeb may process and store data on servers located in the United States or other countries. These locations may have data protection laws different from those in your country.

Where required by GDPR, we implement appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.

By using the Services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own.

7. Data Retention

  • Communication logs: retained as needed for security, fraud prevention, and record-keeping.

  • Cookies/analytics data: retained according to our cookie settings and partner practices.

When data is no longer needed, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize it.

To exercise these rights, you may contact us at admin@snacweb.com with “CCPA Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

If we are ever required to maintain a separate “California Privacy Notice”, this Policy may be supplemented with a California‑specific section.
