3/4 pound Rome or McIntosh apples, sliced3/4 pound D’Anjou pears8 ounces fresh or frozen blueberries1 tablespoon lemon JuicePinch of sea salt¼ tsp. cinnamonPinch of cardamom½ cup apple juice or apple cider mixed with 1 tablespoon arrowroot

2 cups rolled oats½ cup whole wheat or spelt flour (or gluten-free all-purpose flour such as Arrowhead Mills, Bob’s Red Mill or Trader Joe’s—I like TJ’s the best)¼ cup cold-pressed no-taste oil2 tablespoons maple syrupPinch of sea saltPinch of cinnamon
